All levels of classes are available, using state of the art Balanced Body reformers. Select from the following to learn more and to book.

Discover Reformer

This class will introduce you to the Reformer, you will learn all the safety elements you need to know to enjoy class and get the most out of this awesome piece of equipment. Don’t worry – you will still get your workout in this session, covering all the basics and getting a real feel for what Reformer Pilates can do to help you achieve the health, fitness level and body that you want! All new members are required to attend at least one Discover Reformer class before progressing to more challenging classes.

Beginners Reformer

Relatively new to Reformer? Then this is the class for you - covering all the fundamental Reformer movements at the entry level, working hard to improve that core, helping you to progress to more challenging exercises whenever you are ready. Every exercise can be performed at your level, all led by your qualified Instructor, helping you to get the best out of every class.

Intermediate Reformer

Now you know how to work hard on the Reformer, keep that stability and maintain your control, it’s time to up the game and try some more challenging moves. This class will build on your knowledge from the Beginner level and will introduce more exercises to your repertoire. A good level of fitness and previous experience of Reformer work is required for this class level.

Expert Reformer

This challenging class will require strength, control, precision, flexibility and mobility, plus a comprehensive knowledge of the Reformer repertoire. Taking on the bigger movements and combinations, this is not for the faint-hearted. If you know your Reformer, you’re going to love this class!

Based in the heart of Barnstaple, North Devon. Our dedicated Reformer studio is housed at 7 Riverside Court, Castle Street EX31 1DR. With lots of nearby parking for your ease of use. Just head up the green steps under the archway and you will find us there.

Classes will consist of up to eight people (1 per reformer) and you will complete a 55 minute instructor led workout during your session.

No special equipment is required, we simply ask that you arrive ready for class, we recommend that you wear normal sports-wear and grip socks (no bare feet please).

We recommend arriving five minutes prior to the start of your class, the warm up is an important element of any exercise regime which helps avoid injury and shouldn’t be missed so we do operate a no late arrivals policy.

People with limited mobility and injuries can still access the Reformer, please email us with your contact details and we will get back to you to discuss your options.
